Comcast wants you to look at its latest technology shift this way: Do you still listen to your music on eight-track tapes, or on compact discs and MP3 players?
The cable company announced Tuesday that it is eliminating the old-fashioned analog option for most of its television customers in a market area that includes Eugene- Springfield as well as Corvallis, Albany and Lebanon.
No change in the prices of Comcast's various cable television packages is planned.
