DALLAS, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yesterday, Brinker International, Inc. and Mac Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of San Francisco-based Golden Gate Capital, closed the previously announced transaction for the sale of a majority interest in Romano's Macaroni Grill.
