EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodroast Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: WRSI) today announced it has begun construction on its flagship Shelly's Back Room in Washington, D.C. Construction is expected to be complete in late April, with an opening scheduled for early May. The "civilized cigar parlor and tavern" will be approximately 3,100 square feet, located near the National Press Club and the historic Willard Hotel, at 1330 F Street N.W.
