Nielsen, best known for his dead-pan comedy in the wacky Naked Gun films, has purchased the rights to Clarence Darrow - A One Man Play, (a role made famous by the late Henry Fonda) and is starring in his own touring production. After opening in Saint John in September, the show moved to Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre October 7, and travels to the National Arts Centre (Oct. 25 - Nov. 1); Vancouver's Centennial Theatre Centre (Nov. 6-9); and the Citadel in Edmonton (Nov. 18 - 23).
