IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 1997--Thursday an AST Research inc. Shareholders Protection Committee was formed. Many concerned shareholders of AST Research Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTA) are worried that their shareholder's interests may not be represented fairly in the forthcoming discussions about the future of AST Research Inc.
