Fortis Healthcare to consider rights issue
Mumbai, Dec 22 (PTI) -- Fortis Healthcare today said its board will meet on December 24 to discuss equity right issue to the existing shareholders.
The company's board will meet on December 24 to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds by way of further issue of capital on right basis to the existing shareholders, Fortis Healthcare said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
