Company submitted a price of $3.4bn for contract to build a network of facilities around the kingdom. The local Saudi Oger is the low bidder for the contract to build a network of rehabilitation centres for prisoners throughout the kingdom.

The firm submitted an offer of SR12.7bn ($3.4bn) for a total of seven rehabilitation centres, with the Saudi Binladin Group coming in second with a bid of SR13bn, one source close to the project tells. The centres will be built on behalf of the Interior Ministry in Riyadh in the centre, in Jeddah, Medina, Baha and Taif in the west, in Dammam on the east coast and at Jouf in the north.
