SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- On Friday, December 19, 2008, American Traffic Solutions, Inc. filed a motion to dismiss a federal lawsuit brought by Texas plaintiffs who violated the red-light traffic laws and are seeking a return of the fines paid for their traffic tickets. The lawsuit claims that photo enforcement vendors operating in Texas must first obtain private investigators' licenses.
