WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, commercial real estate's leading advocacy group, today applauded Congressman Dan Schaefer's (R-CO) bold new "Electric Consumers Power to Choose Act of 1997," legislation introduced to Congress which would guarantee all retail consumers the right to choose among competitive electricity providers by December 15, 2000.
