Grupo Simec, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE Alternext US: SIM) ("Simec"), the main subsidiary of Industrias CH, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: ICH.B) ("ICH"), has prepaid in its entirety a credit obtained with a credit institution to finance a part of the acquisition of Corporacion Aceros DM, S.A. de C.V., its subsidiaries and certain affiliates ("CADM").
