CHICAGO, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago-based 360 Communications Company (NYSE: XO) today announced that it will hold its first Annual Meeting of Shareowners as a publicly held company at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 1997, at the offices of The Northern Trust Company, 50 S. LaSalle St., Chicago, Ill. The company's record date for determination of shareowners entitled to vote at the meeting has been set for Monday, March 17, 1997.
