STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- SmartServ Online, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSOL, SSOLW) today announced results for the fiscal second quarter and six months ended December 31, 1996.
For the second quarter, the company reported a net loss of $1,308,543 or $.35 per share on 3,695,000 shares outstanding, compared to a net loss of $516,127 or $.28 per share on 1,840,000 shares outstanding for the same period last year when the company was a privately held entity.
