Oman Oil Company's stake in Hungarian oil company MOL reduced to 7%

BUDAPEST. DECEMBER 29. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Hungary's top oil company MOL announced in a stock exchange filing that the shareholding of Oman Oil Company (OOC) in MOL has fallen from 15.4% to 7%, as conditions for an earlier share purchase agreement involving 8.4% of MOL shares have not been met by the end-December deadline.
