NYSE-listed Teledyne Technologies Incorporated has acquired the assets of Demo Systems LLC, for an undisclosed amount. Demo Systems, headquartered in Moorpark, Calif., designs, manufactures, and markets data transfer systems, maintenance access terminals, and airborne network servers for the air transport, regional, business, and military aircraft markets.
A company official stated that Teledyne Technologies purchased the Demo Systems and the acquired business will be combined with Teledyne Controls.
