China's online advertising revenues to total $3 bln for 2008, to rise over 20 pct in 2009 - report
Shanghai. December 30. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's online advertising market will likely generate total revenues of RMB 18.06 billion ($2.64 billion) for the whole of 2008, with the figure set to rise by over 20 percent in 2009, according to a research report released on Dec. 30.
The Beijing Olympic Games held in August were a major factor propelling China's online advertising market in 2008, iResearch said in its report.
