MILAN, Italy -- Sorin Group, (MIL:SRN) (Reuters Code: SORN.MI), a global company and a leader in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, announced today that it has completed the divestiture of its Renal Care Business to an investment consortium led by Argos Soditic, an independent European private equity firm, and MPS Venture SGR, on behalf of the closed-end fund 'Emilia Venture'.
