A WOMAN who runs a massage parlour is seeking compensation for losses she claims were incurred due to a pounds 58m road scheme.
But the Highways Agency says the entrance to the massage parlour was never totally blocked and it's unlikely to pay compensation.
The business, known as The Bungalow, hit the headlines in November after it emerged the Highways Agency had erected temporary signs directing customers to the parlour during the upheaval.
Owner Bonita Westgarth, of Rhosymedre, Wrexham, has now successfully applied for the massage parlour in Welsh Road, Woodbank, to be granted lawful development status giving ...
