GLENDALE, Calif., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move that will reverse a trend of major banks closing San Diego County branches, Glendale Federal Bank (NYSE: GLN) today announced the signing of an agreement with Major Market, a San Diego area supermarket chain, to open two new branches inside Major Market stores in Fallbrook and Escondido.
