Jan. 4--Controversial ending or not, the Dickinson High Midgets proved Saturday that they can play with the West Region's elite teams.
Behind senior Cole Baker's last-second layup, the Midgets earned a thrilling 68-67 win over second-ranked and previously unbeaten Williston in front of a packed Dickinson High gymnasium.
"It was nuts," Baker said. "I was at the right place at the right time."
