(Nasdaq-NNM: ENCD), ENCAD and ILFORD announced today the formation of a strategic alliance that will leverage ENCAD's leadership in wide-format printing and ILFORD's prominence in high-quality photo imaging to provide marketplace synergies and unique customer benefits. As a first step in the new partnership, ENCAD is working with ILFORD to certify ILFORD's new UV resistant Archiva(TM) Ink for use in ENCAD's NovaJet(R) line of printers.
