HERMOSILLO, Sonora--Feb. 20--Dreams, studies and plans have been tossed around for years as Arizona's interest in doing business with Mexico has increased. But talk has finally turned to action. An Arizona delegation is making a mission of converting Sonoran maquilas into buyers of Arizona goods.
The push is on to transform Arizona and Sonora into a regional hub of manufacturing activity with the launch of a sales campaign.
