The First Prescription Antihistamine Nasal Spray
SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Wallace Laboratories announced today that ASTELIN(TM) (azelastine HCI) Nasal Spray, 137 mcg, which was cleared for marketing by the FDA in November 1996, will be commercially available nationally in March 1997. The announcement was made at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI).
ASTELIN Nasal Spray is indicated for the treatment of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis such as rhinorrhea, sneezing, and nasal pruritus in adults and children 12 years and older. The recommended dose is two sprays per ...
