RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- East Coast Oil Corp. today said it intends to continue complying with new federal regulations requiring identification checks on many tobacco purchases despite the fact that Virginia's attorney general has said the state will not enforce the rules.
East Coast President Dick Riley said, "It's a matter of jurisdiction for the attorney general, but for retailers it's a matter of doing the right thing.
