BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 1997--The board of directors of Alabama National BanCorporation (Nasdaq/NM:ALAB) declared a 27.7% increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend, to $0.115 per share from $0.09 per share.
The dividend is payable April 3, 1997, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 1997.
John H. Holcomb, III, chairman and chief executive officer of Alabama National BanCorporation, said, "Alabama National is pleased to offer our stockholders an increase in the quarterly cash dividend. This represents our second annual increase since our initial quarterly dividend began in 1995."
