BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1997--dick clark productions inc. (NASDAQ:DCPI) has named Bill Simon as treasurer of the company, effective Feb. 15, in addition to his position as controller.
Simon joined dick clark productions in 1991. In 1994, he was named assistant controller of the company and, in 1996, he was named controller of the company. Previously, he was senior auditor with KPMG-Peat Marwick.
