KILGORE, Texas, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Skeeter Products, Inc., has announced it has purchased Generation III, Inc., an aluminum boat manufacturer, based in Lebanon, Missouri. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Skeeter is a leading manufacturer of outboard-powered fiberglass bass, walleye and bay fishing boats and sells its boats through a national network of retail marine dealerships. Skeeter is owned by Yamaha Motor Corporation USA, which also owns two other boat companies, Century Boats and the Cobia Boat Company, based in Panama City, Fla.
