Aurora: Auroras Holiday Magic 2008 celebration begins with the Parade of Lights at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, from Downer Place and Broadway. The parade proceeds up Galena Boulevard to Stolp Avenue, ending at Downer Place. The annual lighting of the citys Christmas tree takes place after the parade in front of North Island Center on Galena Boulevard, across from the Paramount Theatre.
