DALLAS/FORT WORTH, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Officers of Harris Methodist Health System and Presbyterian Healthcare Resources today signed a non-binding letter of intent that both organizations believe will lead to the formation of a new company by July 1997. A final agreement would require the approval of the boards of trustees of both systems and several regulatory authorities.
