SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 1997--Infoseek Corporation (Nasdaq: SEEK), provider of award-winning Internet navigation services, and Austin, Texas-based Hoover's, Inc., a leading provider of online company information, today announced that they have entered into a strategic agreement.
The agreement consists of innovative strategic relationships between the two companies and an equity investment by Infoseek in Hoover's.
