US aircraft maker Boeing Co (NYSE: BA) has said that around 4,500 jobs are expected to be cut at its Commercial Airplanes division during 2009.
This reduction would take the workforce at Boeing Commercial Airplanes down to approximately 63,500, which is in line with the level at the start of 2008.
