Swedish industrial components supplier Aros Quality Group AB announced on Monday (12 January) that it has agreed to acquire the assets of the bankrupt company Segerstrom Automotive for an undisclosed sum in cash.

Segerstrom Automotive, based in Eskilstuna, Sweden, manufactures sheet metal components for the commercial vehicle sector.

The operations will be continued under the name AQ Segerstrom AB, which is expected to achieve a turnover of SEK150-200m ...
