The following changes were finalized during the recent meeting of the Supervisory Board of Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland AG and Alcatel-Lucent Holding GmbH:
Wolfgang Weik (63) will be leaving the management board of Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland AG and the management of Alcatel-Lucent Holding GmbH at his own request, effective December 31, 2008.
He will be vacating the chairs of both boards and the office of board member for finance.
Alf Henryk Wulf (46), currently deputy chairman of the management board and board member for sales and marketing of Alcatel-Lucent Deutschland AG, will become the new chairman of the management board effective January 1, ...
