University of Wisconsin junior running back P.J. Hill made the wrong decision in declaring for the NFL draft, according to one NFL personnel executive.
"The kid should've stayed in school," said the personnel executive, who agreed to provide a brief scouting report on Hill, on the condition the executive's name not be used.
"The talent pool of juniors is too deep and physically, he's too slow."
A perceived lack of speed is probably the biggest question Hill will have to address in testing prior to the draft. If he doesn't run faster than expected, it seems unlikely he will go in the ...
