Derby's QUAD is to open September 26, with a new commission from artists Jane & Louise Wilson and artist and musician Bill Drummond (see reviews, 35). The 11.2m [pounds sterling] building, designed by architects Feilden Clegg Bradley, brings together Q Arts (formerly Derby Community Arts DCA) and Metro Cinema, Derby's only independent cinema.
