SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 1997-- Continuing to expand and react to success in the marketplace, Pan American World Airways (ASE:PAA) announced Thursday that it is doubling its daily flight from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to San Juan to two Airbus Industrie A-300's effective April 6.
The airline started service between New York and San Juan on Jan. 5, 1997 utilizing a Boeing 727 and has enjoyed excellent traffic since instituting these flights.
