The following was submitted by Carol Canne, of Syracuse, a swim team parent volunteer.
The name has changed, but the Skaneateles youth swim team is still a fully sanctioned USA age-group swimming team.
The group once known as Skaneateles Splash is now the Skaneateles Lightning Swim Team.
The group has had an open house all week, continuing at 5:30 p.m. today and Friday.
The Lightning Youth Swim Team held its third home meet on Dec.14 at the Skaneateles Community Center, 97 State St. Teams from DeWitt, Oswego, Mexico, Camillus, Cato-Meridian and Syracuse visited.
A total of 212 swimmers participated. The Skaneateles Lightning ...
