Many tax and accounting practioners appears to be closer to the leading edge of technology than generally assumed, accounting to new results from the Accounting Today/Marketplace survey.
Accountants have been frequently criticized -- especially within the profession -- for lagging behind on technology. But the new study suggests that the majority of accountants may be far more up-to-date in the kinds of computer equipment they use than has been commonly suspected.
