DENVER, March 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Westin Hotels & Resorts has renewed its agreement with First Tennessee National Corporation's Merchant Services Division for credit card processing at all of its properties in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Guam.

Under the agreement, Westin will continue to use First Tennessee Bank's (FTB) Credit Card Clearing eXchange (C3X) system to process its credit card transactions for the next three years. The agreement renews an existing two- year deal between Westin and FTB.
