ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1997-- Thomas L. Tedrow, President of AM-PAC International, Inc. (OTC BB:AMPC) will be in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao, March 17-28. He will be finalizing negotiations to sell master licenses for AM-PAC's Captain Tony's Pizza chain and negotiate joint ventures for their Headlightz sports and dance bars.
Tedrow said, "We intend to license Captain Tony's units throughout Asia. Our wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, Pacific Foods, Ltd., has final negotiations in place for 10 major Chinese cities. On my last trip, we were presented with 25 Captain Tony's locations in Shanghai as part of a deal."
