"Syrups are going beyond desserts," says Becky Fyffe, with an unmistakable tone of excitement in her voice. Fyffe, marketing director at Torani Syrups, the 70-year-old syrups manufacturer, sees culinary opportunities as a vast and nearly virgin territory for syrup.
