ATLANTA, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- MCI has announced the appointment of Marcel Henry to vice president for MCI Southern Financial Operations.
In this newly-created position, Henry will be responsible for Federal Telecom Act contract negotiations; resale and sales agency negotiations for wireless service; systems implementation for the ordering, provisioning, and billing for local telephone service; network/city planning for local service; and bill payment and auditing for more than $900 million per year worth of access purchased from incumbent local exchange companies (ILEC's), independent telephone companies (ICO's), competitive access providers (CAP's), and ...
