The Board of U3O8 Holdings Plc ("U3O8"), the South American focused uranium
exploration company, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary,
Southern Star Investments Plc ("Southern Star"), has increased its holding in
South American Mineral Exploration Ltd ("SAME") to 61.98% of the issued share
capital through an investment of GBP30,000.
