The Royal Navy has launched an online recruitment drive as it looks to boost enlistments by 30% this year.
A series of rich-media ads will go live across sites for 18-24-year- olds, including social media and entertainment sites.
This year the Royal Navy and Royal Marines are looking to recruit more than 4,000 ratings, commandos and officers, as well as 33 musicians. A Navy spokesman said it forecast high achievement of its target.
The campaign, which focuses on highlighting the hidden benefits of jobs at the Royal Navy, was created by digital agency Glue London and handled by the COI.
