Norwegian fishing industry group Norway Pelagic ASA (OSE:NPEL) announced on Monday (19 January) that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the pelagic production plant Fryseriet AS in Lodingen, in Norway's Nordland region, and its selling agent Ytterstad Export AS, from Ytterstad Fiskeriselskap AS.
The proposed consideration will be paid in new shares of Norway Pelagic representing 10.3% of the total share capital.
