HAYWARD, Calif., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (Nasdaq-SmallCap: ARMF) announces its revenues, net earnings and earnings per share for fourth quarter and year end period ended December 31, 1996.
Net sales for the quarter ended December 31, 1996 increased 13% to $4,642,066 from $4,091,138 for the same period in 1995. Net income after tax from continuing operations for the quarter was $307,245 ($.03 per share) compared to $433,663 ($.04 per share) for the same quarter ended December 31, 1995.
