METHUEN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 1997--MicroTouch Systems Inc. and Elo TouchSystems Inc. today announced an agreement to settle two patent infringement lawsuits relating to touchscreen technology. Terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.
The agreement resolves a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Elo against MicroTouch, Graphics Technology Company, and Touch Technology during 1993 in Tennessee as well as a patent infringement lawsuit filed against Elo by MicroTouch and Peptek Inc. during 1995 in Boston.
