Jan. 20--Those looking to rent in Golva in 10 years may be in for a not-so pleasant surprise. Tentative median projections put rent in 2019 in the town of about 100 people at $1,093. But don't get too overwhelmed, the housing study the cost came from needs fine-tuning, said Lonnie Dickson, with Community Planning and Research for Hanna:Keelan and Associates, a Nebraska-based firm that prepared the study.
