PLYMOUTH, Mass., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The proposed Plymouth Rock Studios project took another major step forward this week when the Massachusetts Secretary of Environmental Affairs issued an Expanded Environmental Notification Form Certificate. The Secretary's certificate will allow the project to file a single Environmental Impact Report, significantly shortening the timeframe for the project's environmental review.
In addition, the Secretary has proposed to grant a waiver to Plymouth Rock Studios that will allow the construction of an access road to the project site prior to the completion of the environmental review for the overall project. The mile-long ...
