BELLEVUE, Wash. and WILTON, Conn., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Puget Sound Energy (PSE) (NYSE: PSD) and Duke/Louis Dreyfus (DLD) today announced the creation of a new company that will broker both electricity and natural gas and market energy-related services over a five-state area as deregulation in the energy industry unfolds.
The new company -- Duke/Louis Dreyfus-Puget Energy Services, LLC -- is a 50/50 joint venture that will be headquartered in or near Seattle, Washington.
