ORLANDO, Fla., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Check fraud amounts to nearly $10 billion in losses for US banks and their customers each year, according to a Bank Administration Institute study. In an effort to reverse this growing trend, NCR today announced at the BAI Transaction Processing '97 Super Conference in Orlando, Florida, the integration of check fraud detection into the company's mid-range image transport.
